Important: If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to complete this form. By signing below, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Failure to complete this form prior to your first session will result in your session not proceeding. Any questions about these terms, please contact me directly.

1. Service Agreement

To use my football coaching services, you must agree to the following terms. These terms outline what is required from you as a client and what you can expect from my services.

2. Booking and Payment Requirements

Payment is required at the time of booking any sessions. Failure to make payment within 48 hours of booking will result in the cancellation of your session. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash payments arranged directly on the day of the session.

All sessions included in a block booking are non-refundable. Once purchased, no refunds will be issued for any unused or cancelled sessions. Please plan your schedule accordingly and notify me in advance if you need to make adjustments.

3. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the session start time will incur a full charge for your chosen service. This includes, but is not limited to, sickness, injury, holiday, change of plans/circumstances, or travel arrangements.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session start time are eligible for rearrangement, which I will look to accommodate where possible.

4. Health and Safety

You must inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your participation in training sessions.

You participate in coaching sessions at your own risk. While I take all reasonable precautions, I cannot be held liable for any injuries or losses that may occur during training sessions.

You are responsible for bringing appropriate football kit, boots, and a water bottle to each session.

5. Conduct and Behaviour

You must maintain respectful behaviour towards me and any other participants during sessions.

I reserve the right to terminate any session if behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive to the learning environment.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing coaching services. This includes contact details, medical information, and session records.

I comply with UK data protection laws and will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

I may use your contact details to send you session reminders, updates about services, or important information about your training.

7. Photo and Video Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for social media purposes and/or advertising. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting me directly.

8. Website Terms of Use

When using this website, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.

While I strive to keep information accurate and up-to-date, I cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all website content.

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and belongs to Aaron Oakley Football Coaching.

This website may contain links to external sites. I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

9. Service Modifications

I reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of my coaching services with reasonable notice.

I am not liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to weather conditions, facility closures, or government restrictions.

10. Agreement

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
